Regional Licenses include protected territory at the city or state level. Master Territory terms are negotiated individually based on the market and scope you're proposing — this is confirmed on your qualification call.
Not every applicant is approved for every tier. If a Regional or Master License isn't the right fit yet, we'll often recommend the Practitioner License as a starting point, or point you back to Certification first.
