Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after downloading your product constitutes theft. HtohTalks Institution reserves the right to contest all chargebacks with full documentation of delivery and download confirmation. Customers found to have filed fraudulent disputes will be permanently banned from all HtohTalks products and services.
1. Agreement to Terms. By purchasing any digital product from HtohTalks Institution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Product Nature. All products sold are digital downloads (PDF format). Due to the instantaneous nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Licence Grant. Upon purchase, HtohTalks Institution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-household licence to use the purchased materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. Prohibited Uses. 5. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be governed by applicable law. HtohTalks Institution reserves all rights to pursue fraudulent chargebacks through financial institutions and legal channels.
6. Amendments. HtohTalks Institution reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of any purchased product constitutes acceptance of the most current terms.
